Why Ilma Analytics exists
Dylan Lentini founded Ilma Analytics in 2023, after fifteen years architecting modern data platforms inside high-growth startups — including establishing and scaling the data organisation at Treatwell.
The same pattern showed up everywhere: growth compounds when decisions are fast and accurate — and they are when platforms and data are reliable. Typical consultancies don't enable this; they hand over slide decks instead of working systems. Ilma Analytics was built to do the opposite — senior engineering, embedded in your team, delivering production systems and the practices to run them.
Three years in, that approach is already paying off: we've scaled OakNorth Bank's data platform team 3x and transformed it to AI-augmented delivery to deliver critical regulatory reporting, architected the NFL+ data platform with Two Circles, and co-founded AI-native e-commerce analytics platform FlockAI. The practice stays founder-led, backed by an MSc in AI from the University of Sussex — hands-on in every engagement, delivering data capabilities your teams can trust.
